Thank you for shopping with Silk + Sage Candle Co. We’re committed to ensuring your candles arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below:


Processing Time

All orders are processed within [3-5 business days]. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note: During high-volume times (such as launches or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping is available within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or similar depending on location

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: once an order is shipped I do not have control of delays, re-routes or failed deliveries. 


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future!

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
